Venue Seating

The Robert Montgomery Auditorium

The Robert Montgomery Auditorium has comfortable seating for all patrons with no obstructed views. Wide spacing between rows allow ample legroom and space to pass without having to rise.

Accessibility
We have 183 theater seats available plus 5 dedicated spaces in Row L into which patrons requiring the use of a wheelchair may be located.

When purchasing your tickets online, we ask that you do not select the seats indicated in blue on the chart below. Patrons booking those seats may be asked to relocate if the seat is required by the companion and/or attendant of those occupying the adjacent "Wheelchair Only" spaces. In the event of a Sold Out performance, the Companion Seats may be released by the House Manager if their use is not otherwise required.

Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted listening devices for use in the Robert Montgomery Auditorium are available at no charge in the Box Office. These devices are designed to be used in conjunction with any hearing aids already in use.

The Robert B. Stewart Performance Hall

Our newest addition to Bremerton Community Theatre (BCT) is the Robert B. Stewart Performance Hall which opened in 2011. It is named for one of BCT’s most ardent supporters, a man who so generously gifted us with $250K for its construction. Mr. Stewart’s dedication to BCT goes back many years as he was instrumental in assisting BCT through all the permits and approvals needed to build the current facility and he was an avid patron and supporter – even performing on our stage in the 1961-62 Season's See How They Run and The Girls in 509.

The Robert B. Stewart Performance Hall is our "Black Box" theater. The American Association of Community Theatre (AACT) defines a black box as:

"…an unadorned performance space, typically a large room with four walls and no assigned seating or playing areas. Walls are typically painted black, hence the name. The black box is popular because it can be configured in many different ways, with actors on the floor, or on a platform; the audience can also be seated on the floor (not literally – ed.) or on platforms."

Festival seating for up to 108 patrons is available in the Performance Hall dependent upon stage/seating arrangement. Patrons with special needs and our Season Ticket holders receive preferred access. If you cannot navigate stairs, please call the Box Office at 360-373-5152 to arrange for alternate access to the venue.
